When & where can I take the test?

Any time that is convenient for you, and anywhere you want! 

Just make sure that you:

  • Are officially enrolled at Tilburg University
  • Meet the deadline for your test (see below)

Thousands of students will take the InfoSkills test this fall. So, if you contact us, please:

  • Provide your full name and TilburgU username (e.g., u123456)
  • State your school (TSHD) and the name of the course that includes InfoSkills
  • Describe your problem in detail, and include screenshots if necessary

Most frequently asked questions

  1. Why am I unable to access the test?
    Your enrollment as a student is probably still incomplete. Once you are fully enrolled, we can manually add you to the test.
  2. I already passed the InfoSkills test. Can I get an exemption? 
    The InfoSkills team cannot decide that. However, we can provide you with a proof of passing. Send it to your lecturer and ask for an exemption.

About the test

  • Preferred browser: Chrome.
  • No time limit.
  • Multiple question types.
  • The test consists of 25 questions (5 for each module).
  • Maximum score: 64 points.
  • Passing score: 48 points.
  • You have three attempts to pass the test (before the deadline).
  • You can pause and resume your test whenever you need to. See the TestVision manual below.
