What is ProQuest?

ProQuest provides a common search platform or interface through which users can access databases to which the TiU Library subscribes.

TiU databases on the ProQuest platform

ABI/INFORM Global 

  • Subjects: business, management and trade.
  • Content type: scholarly and trade journal articles, dissertations, working papers and global and trade news.

ERIC

  • Subjects: education and related topics.
  • Content type: journal articles, conferences, meetings, government documents, theses, dissertations, reports, audiovisual media, books.

Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts (LLBA)‎ 

  • Subjects: theoretical and applied linguistics, psycholinguistics, etc.
  • Content type: journal articles, book reviews, books, book chapters, dissertations and working papers.

PILOTS

  • Subject: traumatic stress.
  • Content type: journal articles.

Sociological Abstracts

  • Subjects: sociology and related disciplines
  • Content type: scholarly and trade journal articles, reports, books, conference papers, working papers.

How do I select databases from the ProQuest platform?

From the A-Z Database list, choose ProQuest and follow the steps below.

Note that you can also search any one of the ProQuest databases individually by selecting them from the A-Z Database list.
