Tilburg University Library has arranged trial access to Gallup Analytics with access to Gallup World Poll data. The trial ends March 13, 2022.
The Gallup World Poll tracks the most important issues worldwide, such as food access, employment, leadership performance, and well-being. Since creating the World Poll in 2005, Gallup has conducted studies in more than 160 countries that represents 99% of the world's adult population. The World Poll survey includes more than 100 global questions as well as region-specific items. Gallup asks residents from Australia to Pakistan the same questions, every time, in the same way. This makes it possible to trend data from year to year and make direct country comparisons.
The trial access is for the data visualization tool Gallup Analytics. With the tool you will be able to explore the existing data findings from the World Poll (run from 2006-present) in about 150 countries per year across a repeating battery of the same 80-100 items. The U.S. Daily Poll data that were ran from 2008-2016 are also available as well as the items from the Gallup Poll Social Series.
