Contents

APA PsycTherapy covers more than 100 approaches, including:

  • cognitive behavioral therapy
  • acceptance therapy
  • commitment therapy
  • emotion-focused therapy
  • relational-cultural therapy
  • schema therapy

Each APA PsycTherapy record includes the video, transcript and a detailed description in a single view. Users can rewind or fast forward and turn captions on or off. Many videos are broken into segments so users can jump to, and save, the most relevant section. The record includes a description of the therapeutic approach or approaches, the therapist’s biography and the topics. It also includes a teaching guide.
